Your right to cancel
If you live in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is separate from, and in addition to, the 30 day return we offer voluntarily.
The cancellation period
The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name, physically receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day you receive the last one.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel — an email to support@elmontofficial.com is enough. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up.
What happens then
- We refund everything you paid us, including the standard delivery charge you paid when you ordered. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of the day you show us proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
- We refund to the payment method you used. There is no fee for this.
- You send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, and you pay the cost of that return.
- You may handle the goods as you would in a shop — trying something on is fine. If you handle them beyond that and they lose value as a result, we may deduct that loss.
