ELMONT is operated from Germany and ships to customers in the United Kingdom only. Wherever you live, the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies to your order in full and is not affected by anything in our terms.

Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please write to support@elmontofficial.com first — almost everything is settled within a day.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not do so.
