Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from ELMONT. ELMONT is operated by Benjamin Huse, Ortolanweg 70, 12359 Berlin, Deutschland. Our full business details are in the Legal Notice.

1. Nothing here takes away your legal rights

Whatever else these terms say, they do not remove or reduce any right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where a term below conflicts with a right you have by law, the law wins and that term does not apply to you.

2. Who can order

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. The details you give us at checkout need to be correct and complete so that we can deliver your order and reach you if something goes wrong.

3. Our products

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colour and finish can still look different on your screen. We may change a description, limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

4. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order — for example the item has sold out or a price was shown incorrectly — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid, in full.

5. Prices and payment

The price you see is the price you pay. No tax or fees are added at checkout. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order, as confirmed in your confirmation email.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we will tell you if something is running late. The goods are our responsibility until they are physically delivered to you — if a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, that is ours to put right, not yours.

7. Cancelling your order

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How that works, and the model cancellation form, are set out on Your right to cancel. Separately from that right, we offer a voluntary 30 day return — see our returns page.

8. Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right at our cost — replacement or refund, your choice where the law gives you one. Please contact us as soon as you can so we can sort it out quickly, but taking a few days does not cost you your rights.

9. Our content

The text, photography and design on this site belong to ELMONT or its licensors. You are welcome to use the site to shop; please do not copy our content for commercial use without asking first.

10. What we are not responsible for

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — we sell to consumers, not for resale.

We never exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.

11. Complaints and disputes

Write to support@elmontofficial.com and we will answer. If we cannot agree, you keep every route the law of your country gives you — including bringing a claim in the courts where you live.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law, where ELMONT is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and it does not stop you bringing proceedings in your own country where the law allows it.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
