Tracking questions
When will my tracking number appear?
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse, so there is nothing to track for the first day or two — that is completely normal.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5–10 working days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all UK orders over £50.
My tracking has not moved in a few days.
Tracking can pause between scans, especially while a parcel is in transit between carriers. If there is no movement for more than seven working days, email us and we will chase it for you.
I ordered several items and only one arrived.
Orders with several items are sometimes sent in separate parcels. Each parcel gets its own tracking number, so check for a second email before getting in touch.
My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.
Check with your neighbours and look for a card from the carrier first. If it still has not turned up after 24 hours, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
