When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (3–4 during sale periods). Transit to the UK usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
What is the last order date for Christmas?
Order by Friday 4 December. That date allows for our longest processing and delivery estimate before Christmas Eve.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £50. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. No tax or fees are added at checkout.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send items back unworn with tags on, and 14 days to cancel under UK law. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
Do I need a discount code for the Early Black Friday prices?
